Mr. Huggins is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and the Head of Loan Sourcing.
Mr. Huggins has overseen in excess of $6 billion of private debt originations. In addition, Mr. Huggins has been the direct portfolio manager of various loan mandates.
Prior to the formation of Quadrant, Mr. Huggins was a founding member of GMAC Institutional Advisor. Prior to that, Mr. Huggins was a Principal at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and co-headed the Debt Advisory Group.
Mr. Huggins earned his B.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from Georgia Southern University (Magna Cum Laude) and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
