• Ms. Eggins is a Member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and the Head of Portfolio Management. Responsibilities during her tenure at the firm include business development, client relations, loan underwriting, asset management, accounting and client reporting.

• Prior to the formation of Quadrant, Ms. Eggins was a Senior Vice President for GMAC Institutional Advisors and Vice President at Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.

• Ms. Eggins earned her B.S. from Kent State University and Master’s degree of Accountancy from the University of South Carolina. Ms. Eggins is a CPA (inactive).
