The Quadrant Team constructs and executes privately placed commercial and multifamily real estate debt investment strategies (“Private Debt”) for institutional investors, including insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and high net worth individuals.  Investment mandates include single client accounts and commingled funds designed to achieve client objectives.
